Organized by HMSI, this discussion session highlighted the issue of “Social Media and Insecurity.” Throughout the forum, participants exchanged thoughts and experiences about the impact of social media on confidence, self-worth, and personal growth. Through meaningful conversations, the session encouraged participants to become more aware of comparison culture and to focus on personal growth,self-acceptance, and appreciating every small progress.
