Upgrading is an annual activity organized by the Human Resources Development Department of HMSI UNSOED, aimed at enhancing organizational insight, strengthening members’ capacity, and improving the quality of HMSI in carrying out its programs. This year, the event carries the theme “Balancing Academic Life and Organizational Involvement” with the topic “Strategies for Managing Time, Energy, and Commitment as Active University Students.” Through this activity, participants are expected to develop effective strategies to stay academically responsible while remaining actively engaged in organizational activities.
