Upgrading is an annual activity organized by the Human Resources Development department (HRD) of HMSI UNSOED, which aims to increase organizational insight, improve the quality of HMSI’s operations, and familiarize new members with the association’s values and workflows. The event includes a constructive evaluation session where HMSI advisors provide feedback and suggestions as a foundation for improvement this year. This year’s Upgrading was held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, in Room D202, Faculty of Humanities (FIB), Unsoed.
