On February 6th, 2025, HMSI conducted an online session titled Mini Class to welcome the new members of HMSI 2025 formally. This session aimed to introduce each department’s primary responsibilities while facilitating initial interactions among members before they began working together.
The session commenced with an opening address by the President of HMSI 2025, followed by team and individual introductions. Participants then engaged in breakout room discussions within their respective departments. The session concluded with an expectation-setting segment to establish a shared vision for the upcoming term
A total of 54 individuals attended the Mini Class, consisting of 43 new staff members, 8 heads of departments, and 3 executive members.
